Lee County, the City of Sanford, CC Enterprise Park LLC and Samet Corporation hosted a Shell Building Celebration on Jan 17, 2019 at Central Carolina Enterprise Park, located in Sanford, NC. The building is designed for manufacturing and distribution, and potential tenants can customize the interior and move in within 90 days. Completion is expected June 2019.
